Employee will not, during the term of employment hereunder and for eighteen (18) months following termination of such employment for any reason, solicit, divert, take away, or attempt to solicit, divert or take away, any of Employer's customers or the business or patronage of any such customers, either for him/herself or on behalf of any other person, firm, partnership or corporation.
