Common use of Customer Premises Work Clause in Contracts

Customer Premises Work. Work done by SBC-ASI/13State on CLEC’s behalf at the End User’s premises and on the End Users side of the point of demarcation or Network Interface Device (NID), shall be performed pursuant to terms and conditions specified by a separate DSL CPE Agreement, as negotiated by the Parties.
