Customer Remedies for Owner Default. Upon the occurrence and during the continuation of an Owner Event of Default, and at any time following the expiration of the respective periods referred to in Section 12.3, in addition to any other rights set forth elsewhere in this Agreement or provided by Law, Customer may serve a written notice upon Owner that Customer elects to terminate this Agreement upon a specified date (a “Customer Notice of Termination”) which shall be no earlier than one (1) Day and no later than twenty (20) Days after the date of serving such Customer Notice of Termination. This Agreement shall expire on the date specified in such Customer Notice of Termination as if that date had been originally fixed as the expiration date of the term herein granted, without waiving any other remedies that Customer may have. No Owner Event of Default shall be deemed waived unless in writing and signed by Customer.
