Common use of CUSTOMER SUBSCRIPTION AND SERVICE Clause in Contracts

CUSTOMER SUBSCRIPTION AND SERVICE. TCG shall provide and Reseller shall use TCG's pre-printed service order forms and procedures to ensure the timely and accurate implementation of new service requests. Such applications shall then be forwarded by Reseller to TCG within no more than three (3) Business Days after execution. In ordering the Services, Reseller agrees to comply with all of TCG's customer service procedures regarding TCG's Services hereunder.
