Customer System Administrators Clause Samples
Customer System Administrators. Customer shall at all times have one designated System Administrator, who will be the primary point-of-contact between Company and Customer for support issues. A System Administrator must also be Customer employee. Customer may only change a Customer System Administrator upon written notice (which may be by email) to Company. If the Customer System Administrator ceases to be employed by Customer, Customer shall immediately notify Company.
