Customer to Indemnify. The Customer indemnifies the Scheme Owner against each claim, action, proceeding, judgment, damage, loss, expense or liability incurred or suffered by or brought or made or recovered against the Scheme Owner: (a) in connection with the quality of water within the Distribution Network and the DOL Area where an act or omission of the Customer (whether or not under this Agreement) has affected the quality of such water; (b) by any person to whom the Customer has supplied water or who the Customer has allowed to take water.
