Common use of Customer Tools Clause in Contracts

Customer Tools. Licensee may permit its customers to access and use the Customer Tools solely through Licensee’s website and/or an application that is set up and maintained as part of the Services, and solely for the purpose of enabling such customers to (a) receive notifications sent by or on behalf of Licensee, (b) make payments to Licensee, (c) view their invoices from Licensee and history of payments to Licensee, and
