Customer Transfers. At any time, IXC shall have the right to migrate IXC Customers to such services as provided by IXC or on IXC's behalf by a Third Party. PSINet shall provide all reasonable cooperation in support, to the extent practicable, of a seamless, minimally disruptive migration of such IXC Customers in connection with such services (including without limitation all IXC Customer Information and, to the extent practicable, any necessary transfer of customer addresses).

Customer Transfers. (a) Sprint will not utilize any review and/or approval rights under the Trademark License Agreements, the Marketing Communication Guidelines or other applicable provisions of the Management Agreements to interfere with the iPCS Affiliates’ efforts to market CDMA Products and Services to iDEN Customers in the Service Area. (b) Sprint will not waive or reduce below current levels any termination fees or other amounts payable by a customer in the Service Area in order to facilitate any CDMA Customer’s transfer from CDMA Products and Services to iDEN Products and Services. (c) Neither Sprint nor Nextel will increase or add any fees payable by a customer in the Service Area who desires to switch to a CDMA Product and Service from an iDEN Product and Service in the Service Area unless such increased or added fee would also apply to a customer switching from a CDMA Product and Service to an iDEN Product and Service in the Service Area.

In the event that a special meter read is unlikely to be successful or is attempted and fails, the Distributor shall: □ process the transfer using an estimated read □ use estimates provided by customers in lieu of an estimated read □ negotiate a different course of action (The Distributor must tick at least one of the three boxes set out above but may tick all three or two) The Distributor shall notify the Retailer of customer default for a customer with annual monthly demand of equal to or more than kW at the same time a final notice of disconnection is sent to the customer. (If the Distributor does not wish to provide such notification, the Distributor may stroke out and initial the above paragraph. Otherwise, the Distributor shall fill in the blank).
Customer Transfers. (a) Transfer to us (i) If you wish to transfer from another supplier to us, you must first check whether your contract with your current supplier imposes any restrictions or costs of doing so. (ii) By making an application for Service, you instruct and authorise us to arrange with your current supplier to transfer the Service to us, and authorise us to act on your behalf with your current supplier to transfer the services to us. (iii) You must promptly pay your current supplier all amounts you owe it.

Customer Transfers. Whenever a customer voluntarily terminates a utility account with the Town and wishes to open a new account for the same or any class of utility service: A. Any amount due on the final bill of their previous account may, at the Town’s sole discretion, be transferred to the new account. Said amount shall be treated the same as any other amount due on the new account. B. Any deposit from the previous account may, at the Town’s sole discretion, be applied to their final bill or transferred to the new account.

In consideration for the foregoing, AT&T shall pay BBN (i) for any migration that occurs during the Term, a Customer Transition Services Fee equal to 1.5 times the Closing Average Monthly Revenue with respect to each such AT&T Customer, and (ii) for any migration that occurs at any time (whether during or after the Term) any reasonable direct expenses incurred by BBN in connection with such migration. The "Closing Average Monthly Revenue" with respect to any AT&T Customer transferred pursuant to the prior sentence shall be an amount equal to the average of the monthly payments made by AT&T to BBN pursuant to Schedule 7.1 in respect of such AT&T Customer during the six-month period (or such shorter period as such AT&T Customer shall have received Services pursuant to this Agreement) preceding such transfer for Dedicated Internet Services to be provided by AT&T (or by a Third Party on behalf of AT&T) following such transfer (or, in the case of AT&T Customers that paid in AT&T AND BBN PROPRIETARY: SUBJECT TO NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
