CUSTOMER UNDERTAKINGS. Customer shall be solely responsible for: 8.1 Use and supervision of the Equipment. 8.2 All physical and material damages caused by the Equipment to his personnel or third parties resulting from misuse from or unauthorized modifications to the Equipment. 8.3 All damages beyond normal and reasonable wear or the physical loss of the Equipment.
