Common use of Customer Vendor Credentialing Requirements Clause in Contracts

Customer Vendor Credentialing Requirements. Supplier shall work with Customer’s selected vendor credentialing service prior to the scheduling of Services, provided that Customer provides Supplier with reasonable notice of such requirements and the name of its selected vendor credentialing service. In the event that Supplier must register with a new vendor credentialing service to meet Customer’s requirements, Xxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Supplier for the associated registration cost.
