Common use of CUSTOMER’S AFFILIATES Clause in Contracts

CUSTOMER’S AFFILIATES. Customer’s Affiliates shall be included in the license granted pursuant to an applicable Purchase Document and the terms of the Agreement if and only if specifically listed in the applicable Purchase Document. Customer agrees that it shall be responsible for any breach of this Agreement by any of Customer’s Affiliates as if such breach was caused by the direct acts of the Customer.

CUSTOMER’S AFFILIATES. Subject always to Section 1.6.2 below, Customer acknowledges and agrees that only Customer may bring a claim under the Agreement against Insightsoftware and no claim may be brought by any Customer Affiliate.
