Common use of Customers and Other Business Relationships Clause in Contracts

Customers and Other Business Relationships. After the Closing, Sellers will cooperate with Buyer in its efforts to continue and maintain for the benefit of Buyer those business relationships of Sellers relating to the business of the Company, including relationships with suppliers, customers, landlords, creditors, lessors and employees. After the Closing, Sellers will refer all customer inquiries relating to the business of the Company to Buyer.
