Common use of Customer’s Group Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Group. 25.1 The Customer warrants that it has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement on its own behalf and on behalf of and for the benefit of the Customer’s Group. In this regard, the parties agree that the obligations that the Customer has to the Bank under this Agreement shall also be construed as obligations that the Customer’s Group have to the Bank.
