Common use of Customer's Limited Warranty Clause in Contracts

Customer's Limited Warranty. Sun warrants that for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery to Customer that the media on which the Software is furnished will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Except for the foregoing, to the full extent allowed by applicable law, the Software is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. Customer's exclusive remedy and Sun's entire liability under this limited warranty will be at Sun's option to repair or replace the defective media.
