CUSTOMER’S REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES; INDEMNIFICATION. All indemnity obligations of CUSTOMER and representations and warranties made by CUSTOMER in this Section 3, and elsewhere in the Agreement, shall survive any expiration or termination of the Agreement and the termination of services provided by PROCESSOR.
