ENTRIES. LIMIT OF ONE (1)
ENTRIES. There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes (each, an “Entry”):
ENTRIES. In addition to all other representations and warranties made in this Agreement, CUSTOMER represents and warrants the following to PROCESSOR and the ODFI; now and as of the time it initiates each Entry:
ENTRIES. (a) A written record shall be made for every ser- vice provided on the date the service is provided. This written record shall be incorporated into the health care record no later than 7 calendar days after the date of service.
ENTRIES. The entries referred to in subsection (a) of this section are as follows:

The entries made in the Notes Register shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law and absent manifest error, be conclusive evidence of the existence and amounts of the obligations recorded therein; provided, however, that the failure of the Borrower to maintain such Notes Register or any error therein shall not in any manner affect the obligations of the Borrower to repay the Note in accordance with its terms. No changes to the Note Register (other than to evidence an assignment or transfer pursuant to Section 4.02 or a change of address pursuant to Section 4.04) shall be effective without the written consent of the Lender.
ENTRIES. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the meanings provided in the Rules. The term “Entries” shall have the meaning provided in the Rules and shall also mean the data received from Company hereunder from which Bank prepares Entries.
ENTRIES. 4.2.1 Individual events: the maximum number of entries that can be accepted.
ENTRIES. Entrants must complete one of the entry methods below during the Entry Period to enter the Sweepstakes (each, an “Entry”):
ENTRIES. Shows are open to all crafters, artists, and sculptors with original handcrafted work. Absolutely no Dealers or sales representative, imports, or kits. This requirement will be adhered to. All merchandise is to be set up 1 HOUR BEFORE the beginning of the public show hours.
