CUSTOMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL. You may cancel this Agreement, without penalty, prior to close of business on the tenth (10th) day following the mailing of the enrollment notification sent by your LDC (“Cancellation Period”). This Agreement does not become a legally binding contract until the cancellation period has expired.
