Common use of Customer’s Warranty Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Warranty. Customer warrants the accuracy of any and all information relating to the details of its operating conditions, including temperatures, pressures, and where applicable, the nature of all hazardous materials. Owner can justifiably rely upon the accuracy of Xxxxxxxx’s information in its performance. Should Customer’s information prove inaccurate, Xxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Owner for any losses, liabilities, damages and expenses that Owner may have incurred as a result of any inaccurate information provided by Customer to Owner.
