Customs Inspection. Road vehicles, passengers, drivers and other persons on board the road vehicles and their baggage shall, when crossing the border into the territory of a Contracting Party, be subjected to the customs inspections of that Contracting Party and be in compliance with the national laws and regulations of the Contracting Party.
Customs Inspection. If required, the Passenger must attend inspection of his/her Baggage, checked or unchecked, by customs or other government officials. Alaska accepts no responsibility toward the Passenger if the latter fails to observe this condition. If damage is caused to Alaska because of the Passenger's failure to observe this condition, the Passenger shall indemnify Alaska therefor.
