Common use of Cuyahoga Community College Clause in Contracts

Cuyahoga Community College. The College commits to an expedited process for determining the interest of its full-time faculty in teaching courses under College Credit Plus in any modality or location including college courses taught in the high school. If no full-time faculty members of the College express an interest in teaching College Credit Plus courses at the high school, the College will assign appropriately credentialed adjunct faculty to the course.
