CVL IM payments. Subject to paragraph 2.3, the CVL IM shall make payments to the Train Operator (in accordance with the procedure in paragraph 13) in respect of a CVL IM Restriction of Use calculated in accordance with paragraphs 2.5 to 2.7 and 2.10 where applicable.
