Longevity Payments. (a) Longevity payments as set out in the salary schedule in Appendix A-1 (Interest Arbitration ineligible employees) and Appendix A-2 (Interest Arbitration eligible employees) will be provided to eligible employees upon completion of 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of continuous service. Continuous service shall mean time in a title or combination of titles which have existed and/or presently exist in the Security Services Unit, Agency Police Services Unit or Security Supervisors Unit. Such payment will be added to base pay effective on the payroll period which next begins following the actual completion of 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of continuous service. (b) In no event may an employee's basic annual salary exceed the longevity maximum of the salary grade as the result of the longevity payment or adjustment. (c) Employees whose basic annual salary after the application of the general increase and implementation of the new salary schedule is above the job rate will be considered to have received longevity payments in the amount by which their basic annual salary exceeds the job rate for their grade. (d) Such longevity payments will be added to and considered part of base pay for all purposes except for determining an employee's change in salary upon movement to a different salary grade and his potential for movement to the job rate of the new grade, after which determination the appropriate longevity payments will be restored. (e) The longevity amount for all employees will be adjusted to reflect the longevity payments which are appropriate to their current salary grade.

Longevity Payments. Each July 1, the District will determine the eligibility of employees for longevity payments under this Section, to be paid in one lump sum payment during the following June. Amounts paid shall be as follows: Completed years of service as of July 1 Amount to be paid the following June 20-24 $300.00 25-29 $400.00 30 or more $500.00 The longevity set forth in this Section shall only be paid in the case where the employee has worked the full work year.
Longevity Payments. 1) Each teacher who, between the dates of September 1 and October 1, has completed at least 20 but less than 25 years of service, all of which service shall have been performed in and for the School District of the City of Erie, shall receive in June, a longevity payment of $300 in addition to his regular established salary. Each teacher who, between the dates of September 1 and October 1, has completed at least 25 but less than 30 years of service, all of which service shall have been performed in and for the School District of the City of Erie, shall receive in June, a longevity payment of $400 in addition to his/her regular established salary. Each teacher who, between the dates of September 1 and October 1, has completed 30 or more years of service, all of which service shall have been performed in and for the School District of the City of Erie, shall receive in June, a longevity payment of $500 in addition to his/her regular established salary. Provided, however, the longevity payment set forth in this Subsection shall only be paid in the case where the teacher has worked the full work year. 2) These payments will be made a part of the regular established salary. It is understood that the longevity payments provided for in this Section supersede any prior longevity schedule, policy, or practice.
Longevity Payments. A full-time member who was hired prior to July 1, 2011 and has completed not less than ten (10) years of state service shall receive semi-annual lump sum longevity payments based on service completed as of the first day of April and the first day of October of each year, as follows: • A member who has completed ten (10) or more years but less than fifteen (15) years of state service shall receive an amount equal to one-fourth (1/4) the longevity base for the rank. • A member who has completed fifteen (15) or more years but less than twenty (20) years of state service shall receive an amount equal to one-half (1/2) of the longevity base for the rank. • A member who has completed twenty (20) or more years but less than twenty-five
Longevity Payments. All employees hired by the Employer on after July 1, 2013 shall not be covered by this Section. Full-time employees on the County payroll as of July 1, 2013 shall be entitled to longevity pay subject to the following provisions: A. Longevity pay adjustments are to be based upon continuous service with the County determined as of December 1 of each calendar year; B. Employees with less than five (5) years of continuous service with the County as of December 1 of any calendar year shall receive no longevity pay; C. Employees covered by this Agreement with five (5) or more years of continuous service with the County as of December 1 of any calendar year shall receive longevity pay of $125.00, plus an additional sum of $25.00 for each additional year of continuous service in excess of five (5) years; D. Employees shall not be entitled to any longevity pay if their employment or seniority with the County is terminated for any reason prior to December 1 of any calendar year; E. If an employee does not receive compensation for at least one thousand (1,000) hours during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding December 1 of each calendar year, no longevity pay shall be due for that calendar year. F. Longevity payments will be paid in a separate check the first non-pay Friday in December of any calendar year.

Longevity Payments. Longevity payments shall be made annually in January of each school year for teachers and nurses in the service of the District as of the first day of that school year, and employed by the District prior to September 1, 2014. Longevity payments shall be computed as of the first day of the school year preceding the payment date according to the following schedule: o At the beginning of fifteen (15) but less than twenty (20) years of service with the District as of September 1, $281 o At the beginning of twenty (20) but less than twenty-five (25) years of service with the District as of September 1, $1,294 o At the beginning of twenty-five (25) or more years of service with the District as of September 1, $1,688 In the event a teacher leaves the employ of the District after the first day of the school year but before the January payment date, the prorated longevity payment due for that school year will be paid with the final salary payment.

Longevity Payments. Members with twelve (12) years or more of continuous service to the Lapeer County Intermediate School District shall receive, in addition to their salary, a salary supplement according to the following schedule:
Longevity Payments. All employees, who are hired on or after January 1, 1989, shall not be covered by this Article. Full-time employees on the County Payroll as of December 31, 1988, shall be entitled to longevity pay subject to the following provisions: (a) An employee must have at least five (5) years of continuous service and receive compensation for at least 1,500 hours during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding December 1 of each calendar year in order to be eligible for longevity pay. (b) Longevity pay shall be based upon the number of years of continuous service an employee has worked for the County determined as of December 1 of each calendar year and shall be in the amount of $125.00 for the first five years of continuous service, and $25.00 for each year of continuous service thereafter. (c) Employees shall not be entitled to any longevity pay if their employment with the County is terminated for any reason prior to December 1 of any calendar year. (d) An employee who retires under Article 20, Retirement and Retiree Health Care, or dies shall be entitled to prorated longevity benefits if all other requirements are met. The pro- rated longevity pay will be based upon the time from December 1 to the day of retirement or death. (e) Longevity payments will be paid in a separate check the first non-pay Friday in December of any calendar year.
Longevity Payments. During the period of a workers’ compensation leave, the Employee will be considered to be on active duty for purposes of eligibility for longevity payments.
