Common use of CWSRF Requirements Clause in Contracts

CWSRF Requirements. Owner is informed that in order to obtain CWSRF financing for the Project: (a) American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements will apply; (b) the State Water Resources Control Board (“SWRCB”) CWSRF policy will apply; and (c) the SWRCB applies USEPA guidance on AIS requirements. Contractor agrees to cooperate with Owner to meet all CWSRF financing requirements applicable to the Project and Contractor has included all costs necessary to comply with AIS requirements in the Contract Price.
