CONTRACT TIMES. The number of days or the dates stated in the Agreement to: (i) achieve Substantial Completion; and (ii) complete the Work so that it is ready for final payment as evidenced by Architect's or Owner’s representative’s written recommendation of final payment.
CONTRACT TIMES. A. Time of the Essence
CONTRACT TIMES. 4.1 The Work will be substantially completed within One Hundred Twenty (120) consecutive calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions.
CONTRACT TIMES. 3.1 Contractor agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within ninety (90) days and completed and ready for final payment within one hundred and twenty (120) days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. The Contract Times will commence to run on the thirtieth (30th) day after the Effective Date of this Agreement or, if a Notice to Proceed is given, on the day indicated in the Notice to Proceed. A Notice to Proceed may be given at any time within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date of this Agreement.

CONTRACT TIMES. 2.1 The Work shall be substantially completed within 5 Calendar Days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run. The Work shall be completed and ready for final payment, in accordance with the General Conditions, within 5 Calendar Days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. The Contract Times shall commence to run on the day indicated in the Notice to Proceed.
CONTRACT TIMES. 3.1 The Work will be substantially completed within 210 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 240 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
CONTRACT TIMES. 9.1 The number of days within which, or the dates by which, the Work is to be (a) Substantially Completed and (b) also completed and ready for final payment are set forth in the Agreement.
