Common use of CY PRES PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

CY PRES PAYMENT. Subject to Court approval, thirty (30) days after the Final Report the total amount of uncashed checks, and amounts held by the Claims Administrator at the time of the Final Report, shall be paid by the Claims Administrator to one or more public interest organizations nominated by the parties and subject to Court approval.

CY PRES PAYMENT. Subject to Court approval, within thirty (30) days after the Final Report Report, the total amount of uncashed checks, and residual amounts held by the Claims Administrator at the time of the Final Report, shall be paid by the Claims Administrator to one or more public interest organizations nominated 501(c) non-profit entities chosen by the parties and subject to Court approval.

CY PRES PAYMENT. Subject to Court approval, thirty (30) days after the Final Report the total amount of uncashed checks, and amounts held by the Claims Settlement Administrator at the time of the Final Report, shall be paid by the Claims Settlement Administrator to one or more public interest organizations nominated by the parties Parties and subject to Court approval.

Subject to Court approval, within thirty (30) days after the Final Report Report, the total amount of uncashed checks, and residual amounts held by the Claims Administrator at the time of the Final Report, shall be paid by the Claims Administrator to one or more public interest organizations nominated by the parties and subject to Court approvalparties.

CY PRES PAYMENT. Subject to Court approval, within thirty (30) days after the Final Report Report, the total amount of uncashed checks, and residual amounts held by the Claims Administrator at the time of the Final Report, shall be paid by the Claims Administrator (a) fifty percent (50%) to one the Legal Foundation of Washington pursuant to CR 23(f)(2), and (b) fifty percent (50%) to a recipient or more public interest organizations nominated recipients fund or funds that is/are appropriate for the case and agreed to by the parties and subject to Court approvalapproved by the Court.

CY PRES PAYMENT. Subject to Court approval, within thirty (30) days after the Final Report Report, the total amount of uncashed checks, and residual amounts held by the Claims Settlement Administrator at the time of the Final Report, shall be paid by the Claims Settlement Administrator to one a Cy Pres fund or more public interest organizations nominated funds that is/are appropriate for the case and agreed to by the parties and subject to Court approvalparties.
