Cybersecurity Training. A. Contractor represents and warrants that it will comply with the requirements of Section 2054.5192 of the Texas Government Code relating to cybersecurity training and required verification of completion of the training program.

Cybersecurity Training. If Provider, in its performance of the Contract, has access to a state computer system or database, Provider must complete a cybersecurity training program certified under Texas Government Code Section 2054.519, as selected by the GLO. Provider must complete the cybersecurity training program during the initial term of the Contract and during any renewal period. Provider must verify in writing to the GLO its completion of the cybersecurity training program.

Specifically, if Vendor or any Vendor employee of subcontractor employee has access to a state computer system or database, Vendor shall ensure that Vendor, or any Vendor employee or subcontractor employee completes a cybersecurity training program certified under Texas Government Code §2054.519 as selected by TWC. The cybersecurity training program must be completed by Vendor during the term of the contract and during any renewal period. Vendor shall verify completion of the cybersecurity training to the TWC point of contact.

Cybersecurity Training. Performing Party shall ensure that any Performing Party representative (employee, officer, or subcontractor personnel) who has Access to a TCEQ Computer System or Database completes a cybersecurity training program certified by the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) under § 2054.519 of the Texas Government Code, during the term of the Contract and each renewal.
