Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.

Mileage Rate The mileage rate for authorized travel – based on State of Florida rates on the Effective Date of this Agreement – is $0.445 per mile.
Base Rate The greater of (a) the variable annual rate of interest announced from time to time by Agent at Agent's Head Office as its "prime rate" or (b) one-half of one percent (0.5%) above the Federal Funds Effective Rate (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next one-eighth of one percent). The Base Rate is a reference rate and does not necessarily represent the lowest or best rate being charged to any customer. Any change in the rate of interest payable hereunder resulting from a change in the Base Rate shall become effective as of the opening of business on the day on which such change in the Base Rate becomes effective, without notice or demand of any kind.
Shift Differential Pay A. An employee shall receive additional compensation at the rate of seventy five cents (75¢) per hour for all hours worked on a shift when the majority of hours worked on the shift are between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. and in locations where these classes are regularly assigned shift work.
How Do I Correct an Excess Contribution? If you make a contribution in excess of your allowable maximum, you may correct the excess contribution and avoid the 6% penalty tax for that year by withdrawing the excess contribution and its earnings on or before the date, including extensions, for filing your tax return for the tax year for which the contribution was made (generally October 15th). Any earnings on the withdrawn excess contribution may also be subject to the 10% early distribution penalty tax if you are under age 59½. In addition, although you will still owe penalty taxes for one or more years, excess contributions may be withdrawn after the time for filing your tax return. Excess contributions for one year may be carried forward and applied against the contribution limitation in succeeding years. An individual who is partially or entirely ineligible to make contributions to a Xxxx XXX may transfer amounts of up to the yearly contribution limits to a non-deductible Traditional IRA (subject to reduction for amounts remaining in the Xxxx XXX plus other Traditional IRA contributions).
Total Cost It is estimated that the total cost to Princeton University for the performance of this Contract shall not exceed the Not-to-Exceed Price set forth in the Contract and the Contractor agrees to use its best efforts to perform the Work specified in the Contract and all obligations under this Contract within such Not-to- Exceed Price. If at any time the Contractor has reason to believe that the hourly rate payments and material costs that will accrue in performing this Contract in the next succeeding thirty (30) days, if added to all other payments and costs previously accrued, will exceed eighty-five percent (85%) of the Not-to-Exceed Price in the Contract, the Contractor shall notify Princeton University giving a revised estimate of the total price for performing this Contract with supporting reasons and documentation. If at any time during performing this Contract, the Contractor has reason to believe that the total price to Princeton University for performing this Contract will be substantially greater or less than stated Not-to-Exceed Price, the Contractor shall so notify Princeton University, giving a revised estimate of the total price for performing this Contract, with supporting reasons and documentation. If at any time during performance of this Contract, Princeton University has reason to believe that the cost required to perform the Work of this Contract will be substantially greater or less than the stated Not-to-Exceed Price, Princeton University will so advise the Contractor, giving the then- revised estimate of the total amount of effort to be required under the Contract.
Y-Rate The Board of Supervisors may adopt a Y-rate to apply to: (1) an employee who would suffer an actual decrease in salary as a result of action taken by the County, without fault or inability on the part of the employee, or (2) an employee who is changing from one (1) class series to another, as a normal consequent of career development through the County's upward mobility program, and the salary of the class the employee enters in the new class series is less than the salary the employee was receiving in the former class. A Y-rate means a salary rate, for an individual employee, which is greater than the established range for the class.
