D/M/WBE Goal. (s). Federal-aid contracts have a single DBE goal. Non Federal-Aid contracts have two separate and distinct goals, one for MBEs and one for WBEs, which cannot be combined. The Department will monitor the Contractor’s attainments towards D/M/WBE goals in accordance with §105-21 Civil Rights Monitoring and Reporting.
