Common use of Daily Job Reports Clause in Contracts

Daily Job Reports. 6.7.2.1. Contractor shall maintain, at a minimum, at least one (1) set of Daily Job Reports on the Project. These must be prepared by the Contractor's employee(s) who are present on Site, and must include, at a minimum, the following information: 6.7.2.1.1. A brief description of all Work performed on that day. 6.7.2.1.2. A summary of all other pertinent events and/or occurrences on that day. 6.7.2.1.3. The weather conditions on that day. 6.7.2.1.4. A list of all Subcontractor(s) working on that day, 6.7.2.1.5. A list of each Contractor employee working on that day and the total hours worked for each employee. 6.7.2.1.6. A complete list of all major equipment on Site that day, whether in use or not. 6.7.2.1.7. All complete list of all materials, supplies, and equipment delivered on that day. 6.7.2.1.8. A complete list of all inspections and tests performed on that day. 6.7.2.2. Each day Contractor shall provide a copy of the previous day’s Daily Job Report to the District or the District’s Construction Manager.

A complete list of all major equipment on Site that daydate, whether in use or not. 6.7.2.1.76.9.1.7. All A complete list of all materials, supplies, and equipment delivered on that daydate. 6.7.2.1.86.9.1.8. A complete list of all inspections and tests performed on that daydate. 6.7.2.26.9.1.9. Each day Contractor shall must provide a copy of the previous day’s Daily Job Report to the District Judicial Council or the DistrictJudicial Council’s Construction Manager.
