Daily Operations. Lessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, comply with all Environmental Laws applicable to the Assets and the Improvements.

Xxxx shall manage the day-to-day operations of the Xpress Service as part of the Contractor Contract in order to provide the Xxxx portion of Xpress Service as set forth more fully in this IGA. Xxxx agrees to enforce the applicable provisions of the Contractor Contract, or any future contractor contract, as it may be applied to the Xpress Service portion of services. Xxxx shall remain entirely responsible for enforcing all contract provisions, terms, and conditions with respect to Xpress Service under the terms of the Contractor Contract.
Daily Operations. The Bar Supervisor shall assist with providing proper controls and procedures for all monies and the use of the cash register, providing: a) sufficient 'float' for daily operations, b) a cash reconciliation and report (to be filed with the proper accounting body), c) controls to prevent cash losses, and d) full knowledge of the cash register sufficient enough to handle daily problems and updating of the register's programming. He/she shall also assist in making sure there is sufficient staff at all times to meet the requirements of the operation.
Daily Operations. ThemeWare will continue, under the direction of Shanecy, to develop its current products consistent with its line of business, and will continue to pursue the general business direction currently pursued by ThemeWare present management.
