Daily Operations. Lessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, comply with all Environmental Laws applicable to the Assets and the Improvements.

The Forest Grove Police Chief or designee, will coordinate with the WCSO Patrol Commander or designee, to ensure that operations are being conducted within the intent of this agreement. Deputies working within, or responding to the City, will be directly supervised by the on-duty WCSO Patrol Sergeant.

The City Administrator will provide general direction to the MCSO designated City Chief of Police, in terms of the performance of the agreement regarding such issues as enforcement priorities, City goals, and continued Police Department involvement in community events, neighborhood meetings, dedications, and similar events. Deputies will be directly supervised by, at minimum, the on duty MCSO Patrol Sergeant.
Daily Operations. 6.1 Provisions relating to operations of the SDAC, such as but not limited to this Article 6, only apply to Operational Parties. A list of Operational Parties (and of other categories of Parties) is set forth in Annex 10.
6.2 The Operational Parties shall comply with the SDAC operational procedures set forth in Annex 2 (as updated pursuant to Article 1.5, it being understood that gate closure time will be harmonized at 12:00 CET).
6.3 Without prejudice to Articles 3.4 to 3.6, detailed local procedures shall be defined in the Local Arrangements.
6.4 In order to become the Operational Party, the relevant Non-Operational Party shall comply with the provisions set forth in Annex 7.
Daily Operations. A printed or electronic list (in a format acceptable to the Secretary of State) of all assets owned or operated by the Franchisee, together with their location.

ii. The Agreement includes the cost of an on-duty Duty Officer to coordi- nate day-to-day operations, provide emergency incident management, and monitor training needs.
Daily Operations. With respect to the daily operations of Client's business, Client shall be responsible for:
(i) unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and rules including, without limitation, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, National Labor Relations Act and any federal, state or local discrimination laws;
(ii) verifying skills and qualifications for employment;
(iii) verifying the existence and validity of any applicable or required licenses;
(iv) instituting any control procedures and/or executing confidentiality agreements to ensure against unauthorized disclosure, if any Employee is required in the performance of his duties, to have access to Client's confidential and/or proprietary information;
(v) upon becoming known by Client, immediately providing EPIX with written notice of the assertion of any and all claims, complaints, charges, allegations or incidents of tortious misconduct or workplace safety violations, regardless of the source and cooperating with EPIX in the investigation and defense of such claims; and
(vi) paying EPIX (at such time as Client's next Fee is payable) an administrative fee of $100 for failing to report to EPIX an Employee's termination of employment with Client for any reason within 48 hours of its occurrence (increasing to $250 for the second such failure and to $500 for each subsequent failure thereafter).
Daily Operations. The EJFR Duty Chief shall be responsible for daily operational deployment of PLFR resources, issues and related questions. The EJFR Fire Chief (or designee) and executive staff shall serve as the point of contact from external mutual-aid partners for all issues and requests.
Daily Operations. The City Court Supervisor will provide general direction to the designated WCSO SGT, in terms of coordinate scheduling of the County deputy assigned to assist the Courts.
