LAVATORIES. Cleaning and janitorial services to be provided in the common area lavatories of the building shall include:
1. Dusting, damp mopping of resilient floors, trash removal, sanitizing of basins, bowls and urinals as well as cleaning of mirrors and bright work.
2. Refilling of soap, towel, tissue and sanitary dispensers to be rendered as necessary.
3. High dusting to be rendered as needed.
LAVATORIES a. Wash down interior walls and toilet partitions.
LAVATORIES a. Sweep and wash floors with disinfectant. b. Wash both sides of toilet seats with disinfectant.
LAVATORIES. Daily: (Monday through Friday, inclusive, holidays observed by the cleaning company excepted).
1. Sweep and damp mop.
2. Clean all mirrors, powder shelves, dispensers and receptacles, bright work, flushometers, piping and toilet seat hinges.
3. Wash both sides of all toilet seats.
4. Wash all basins, bowls and urinals.
5. Dust and clean all powder room fixtures.
6. Empty and clean paper towel and sanitary disposal receptacles.
7. Remove waste paper and refuse.
8. Refill tissue holders, soap dispensers, towel dispensers, sanitary dispensers; materials to be furnished by Landlord. Monthly:
1. Machine scrub lavatory floors.
2. Wash all partitions and tile walls in lavatories.
3. Dust all lighting fixtures and grills in lavatories.
LAVATORIES. The toilet rooms, toilets, urinals, wash bowls and other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the tenant who, or whose Tenant Parties, shall have caused it.
LAVATORIES. Floors are to be swept and washed using an approved antiseptic liquid detergent. Floors are to be machine scrubbed as needed but not less frequently than every quarter.
LAVATORIES. A. NIGHTLY- MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
1. POLICE LAVATORIES DURING THE DAY WITH MATRON OR XXXXXX TO PICK UP WASTE AND REPLENISH MATERIALS.
2. CLEAN, SANITIZE (USING DISINFECTANT SOLUTION), AND POLISH ALL VITREOUS FIXTURES INCLUDING TOILET BOWLS, URINALS, AND WASH BASINS.
3. SWEEP AND WASH FLOORING WITH APPROVED GERMICIDAL SOLUTION.
4. WASH AND POLISH MIRRORS, POWDER SHELVES, DISPENSERS, HAND DRYERS, BRIGHTWORK, INCLUDING FLUSHOMETERS, PIPING, AND TOILET SEAT HINGES.
5. CLEAN AND SANITIZE BOTH SIDES OF TOILET SEATS.
6. EMPTY ALL CONTAINERS AND DISPOSAL UNITS AND INSERT NEW LINERS WHERE REQUIRED.
7. WASH AND SANITIZE (USING A DISINFECTANT SOLUTION) EXTERIOR OF ALL CONTAINERS.
8. EMPTY, CLEAN, AND SANITIZE ALL SANITARY NAPKIN DISPOSAL UNITS. 9 DUST AND SPOT WASH, WHERE NECESSARY, PARTITIONS, TILE WALLS, DISPENSERS, CEILINGS, LIGHTS, SWITCHES AND RECEPTACLES.
LAVATORIES. All lavatory floors to be swept and washed with disinfectant nightly. Tile walls and dividing partitions to be washed and disinfected weekly. Basins, bowls, urinals to be washed and disinfected daily. Mirrors, shelves, plumbing work, bright work, and enamel surfaces cleaned nightly. Waste receptacles will be emptied and cleaned and wash dispensaries to be filled with appropriate tissues, towels, and soap nightly.
LAVATORIES. All lavatory areas shall be clean and reasonably free of cracks and free of detectable corrosion, meet safety and health standards, present a good appearance and shall be free of abnormal contamination; all lavatory floors and floor coverings shall be in good condition and clean, shall be sealed and reasonably stain-free (by U.S. commercial airline standards), and shall have an effective non-skid coating; mirrors shall be free of cracks and delamination and free of noticeable and unsightly scratches; all doors and latches shall be properly fitted and fully functional; lavatory systems shall be clean, free of leaks, detectable cracks that are unacceptable by U.S. commercial airline standards and other defects and shall be properly sealed and fully functional; and
LAVATORIES. As per Exhibit “D”. Semigloss paint on walls and VCT flooring. Multiple W.C.’s enclosed in floor mounted metal partitions. Standard white fixtures include: water closets, urinals, sinks, flushometers, miscellaneous toilet accessories, mirrors, and exhaust fans.
