Daily Usage. Record File provides the accumulated set of call information for a given day as captured, or "recorded" by the network switches. This file will be transmitted Monday through Friday, excluding USW holidays. This information is a file of un-rated USW originated usage messages and rated RESELLER originated usage messages. It is provided in Alliance for Telecommunication Industry Solution (ATIS) standard Part D Miscellaneous Provisions Electronic Message Interface (EMI) format. This EMI format is outlined in the document SR-320; which can be obtained directly from ATIS. The Daily Usage Record File contains multi-state data for the Data Processing Center generating this information. Individual state identification information is contained with the message detail. USW will provide this data to RESELLER with the same level of precision and accuracy it provides itself. This file will be provided for Resale services.
