Daily Vehicle Inspection for Damage. The Contractor shall institute a daily inspection program of the shuttle buses and service vehicles and promptly repair or have repaired any damage within ten (10) calendar days following detection unless otherwise approved by the Authority. The Contractor shall immediately remove any service vehicle from operation and repair or have repaired any damage or defect that may affect the safety and comfort of drivers and/or passengers.
