Common use of Damage Caused by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Damage Caused by Tenant. Any damage to property and/or furnishings will be itemized and the cost for replacement and/or repair will be charged to the credit card on file. If damage to property and/or furnishings, the Tenant agrees to have any additional costs to repair or replace the damage, over and above the limited damage waiver, and to be deducted from Tenant's credit card.
