Common use of Damage Caused by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Damage Caused by Tenant. Notwithstanding any contrary provisions set forth in this Lease, any damage to the Premises, including, but not limited to, the Building or any of the Building Systems, or the improvements, caused by Tenant or a “Tenant Representative” (as defined below), shall be promptly repaired or replaced to its former condition by Tenant, as required by Landlord, at Tenant’s own expense. The term “Tenant Representative” shall mean any shareholder, officer, director, member, partner, employee, agent, licensee, assignee, sublessee or invitee of Tenant, or any third party other than Landlord.
