Damage to Airport Facilities. Concessionaire shall be responsible for any and all damage to the Airport caused by the negligence of Concessionaire, including, but not limited to, damage to Terminal areas, ramp and taxiway areas, engine run-up areas, runways, hangar facilities, and any and all areas where any activities are performed by Concessionaire.
