DAMAGE TO COMPANY FACILITIES. for which the City is Responsible. If any individual or entity damages any Company Facilities for which the City is obligated to reimburse the Company for the cost of the repair or replacement, to the extent permitted by law, the Company will notify the City of any such incident of which it has knowledge and will provide to the City within a reasonable time all pertinent information within its possession regarding the incident and the damage, including the identity of the responsible individual or entity.
