Damage to Licensee’s Equipment. The County shall exercise reasonable care to avoid causing damage to the Licensee's Equipment. The Licensee shall not be responsible for any direct damage to the Licensee's Equipment to the extent caused solely by the County’s employees, invitees, agents or contractors.
