Damage to NMP Property. Anyone who causes damage to NMP property, including equipment, buildings, vehicles, fences, safety systems, grass and landscaped areas will be held responsible for all costs relating to replacement or repair. Tenants shall be jointly liable for the cost of repairing such damage caused by attendees to their Event.
