Common use of Damage to or Condemnation of Project Clause in Contracts

Damage to or Condemnation of Project. In the event of ------------------------------------ damage, destruction or condemnation of part or all of the Project, the Borrower shall either: (i) restore the Project or (ii) if permitted by the terms of the Bonds, direct the Issuer to call the Bonds for redemption as set forth in Section 6.2. Damage to, destruction of or condemnation of all or a portion of the Project shall not terminate this Agreement or cause any abatement of or reduction in the payments to be made by the Borrower under this Agreement.
