Common use of Damage to the Clubhouse Clause in Contracts

Damage to the Clubhouse. Resident agrees to accept full responsibility for his/her actions and those of the guests, whether invited or uninvited, and agrees to pay reasonable replacement costs for any and all damages caused to the Clubhouse, its contents, or Oakleigh Community property by Resident or his/her guests which exceed the deposit specified in Section 3. Resident further agrees that any amount for damages which exceed the deposit automatically will become a special assessment against Resident’s lot.
