Common use of Damage to vegetation Clause in Contracts

Damage to vegetation. In the construction, removal, relocation, repair, operation and maintenance of its facilities, the County will use all necessary care to avoid damaging or disturbing existing vegetation in the public right-of-way. If the County causes or permits any such damage or disturbance it will, at its sole expense and in accordance with all Town regulations then in effect, re-vegetate the right-of-way to the satisfaction of the Town Engineer.
