Damaged Glasses. 279 Safety glasses damaged without the fault of the employee will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the employee; however, it will be the employee’s responsibility to maintain the glasses in acceptable condition and to replace them if they are lost, or if they are damaged through misuse or improper care.
