Damaged or Modified Equipment. Customer shall not modify the Equipment or Product in any way without the express written permission of Veracity. Customer shall not use the Equipment or Product except with the Services provided. Customer is responsible for all lost, stolen, broken, or modified Equipment or Products and may be required to purchase a replacement to continue to use the Services.
