Damaged Property. Automobiles: The District will pay the allowed amount toward the insurance deductible for automobile damage due to vandalism providing the employee was acting within the scope of his/her employment.

Damaged Property. If a child accidentally or deliberately breaks or damages Xxxxxxx Clubs property or any personal property at the site location, the parent/guardian will be held responsible for the replacement cost of the equipment.
Damaged Property. The renter will be responsible for the full cost of cleaning and/or repairing of any stains or damage, above and beyond normal wear and tear, of the event center property. This includes damage caused by the renter, renters’ guest, renters service providers or any individual(s) connected to the renter’s event.
