Damaged Property. Automobiles: The District will pay the allowed amount toward the insurance deductible for automobile damage due to vandalism providing the employee was acting within the scope of his/her employment.
Damaged Property. If a child accidentally or deliberately breaks or damages Xxxxxxx Clubs property or any personal property at the site location, the parent/guardian will be held responsible for the replacement cost of the equipment.
Damaged Property. The renter will be responsible for the full cost of cleaning and/or repairing of any stains or damage, above and beyond normal wear and tear, of the event center property. This includes damage caused by the renter, renters’ guest, renters service providers or any individual(s) connected to the renter’s event. If such damage occurs, it will be assessed and repaired by a professional company and the renter will be billed for the repair costs.

Upon the submission of receipts, the Employer shall reimburse employees for the repair or replacement of prescription eye wear up to a maximum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per incident, eye exam not included. Repair or replacement to restore them to their original condition is contingent upon damage being in the line of duty and not due to the employee's negligence.
Section 34.2. The Employer shall repair or replace watch bands and crystals damaged in the line of duty, so long as the damage is not due to the employee's negligence, up to a maximum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) with receipt per incident.

If Licensee, or his/her guests or agents, damages any personal property in the Garage, or damages any Garage equipment, in addition to any liability Licensee may have for any claims, losses or costs arising out of such damage, the City may terminate this Agreement and render ineffective any access cards issued under this Agreement.
