Damaged Rented Items Sample Clauses

Damaged Rented Items. While the Rented Items are in Client’s possession, Client is responsible for any and all damage to Rented Items regardless of how the damage was caused, except reasonable wear and tear. Reasonable wear and tear does not include damage to Rented Items caused by Client’s unreasonable use or care of the Rented Items, including but not limited to damage to Rented Items caused by natural elements (e.g., sun, wind, rain, lightning, animals) resulting from Client leaving Rented Items unprotected from natural elements. Client agrees to pay the replacement cost for any and all Rented Items damaged beyond repair.
