Common use of Damages Caused by Lessee Clause in Contracts

Damages Caused by Lessee. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, any damage to the Premises caused by Lessee, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, representatives, guests or invitees, shall be promptly repaired or replaced to its former condition by Lessee, at Lessee’s own expense and as required by Lessor in its sole discretion.
