Damages following Determination. If this Lease is terminated by the Council, the Tenant agrees to compensate the Council for any loss or damage the Council suffers arising in connection with the Tenant's breach of this Lease including the loss of the benefit of the Tenant performing its obligations under this Lease up to the expiration of the Term.
