Damages for Failure to Fulfill Term or to Timely Notify. If, as noted in Section 5.2.1 above, Physician fails to give timely, written notice to the Chair and/or Xxxx of his/her intention to resign before the current term of the Agreement ends, Physician shall be liable for liquidated damages to University as follows: (1) an amount equal to the number of months' net salary which s/he would receive from University had s/he completed his/her employment under the Agreement; and,
