Damages to Beach Facilities and Site. LICENSEE agrees to repair, in any manner satisfactory to COUNTY, any damages to beach sites and facilities resulting from the use authorized under this Agreement. XXXXXXXX agrees to leave the beach sites in the same condition they were prior to commencement of work under this Agreement.
